995 Fifth Avenue: built in 1926 and converted in 2008, 37 homes, 17 stories on a land lease, located on The Upper East Side
Ariel East: 2628 Broadway, built in 2006, 63 homes, 28 stories on The Upper West Side
Ariel West: 245 West 99th Street, built in 2008, 90 homes, 32 stories on The Upper West Side
535 West End Avenue: built in 2009, 22 homes on the Upper West Side
Manhattan House: 200 East 66th Street, built in 1951, 491 homes, 21 stories in Lenox Hill
For all of the above developments, assisted the managing director on all sales and marketing activities for the Extell Portfolio at Corcoran sunshine from 2007-2009, created and maintained reports and tracking models to calculate commissions released to over 300 brokers totaling $1.4B in transactions, received the Skyline Award which is recognition for outstanding individual performance contributing to sales growth and brand excellence.
While at The Rushmore I coordinated the sales and marketing initiatives leading to $183M in residential closings (85 Residences) and $95M homes put under contract (45 Residences), developed an accounting database that monitored sales commissions, facilitated efficient expense tracking and assisted the five person sales team with all events and open houses.
Griffin Court: 454 West 54th Street, built in 2008, 95 homes, 8 stories in Midtown West
35XV: 35 West 15th street, built in 2015, 55 homes, 24 stories in Flatiron
Sackett Union: 291 Union Street, built in 2008, 32 homes, 7 stories in Carroll Gardens
Directly responsible for $260M in sales between March of 2010 and November 2013 for the above three developments while at Alchemy Properties. 35 West 15th Street was among the top 25 priciest sales of the week three times in 2015. Nominated as top residential broker of the week per The Real Deal on September 11, 2015 as well as October 30th 2015.
The Woolworth Tower Residences, 2 Park Place: located in Tribeca, created and implemented a multi-pronged broker outreach program with local and international brokers including an intimate dinner series and pre-development site tours that led to 25% pre-sales at record breaking PPSF for the portfolio including a $50M full floor combination.
250 West 81st Street: worked with architecture teams Hill West and Robert AM Stern architects to pre-develop the building.
Noma, 50 West 30th Street: worked with FX Collaborative to pre-develop the building, worked with IFStudio creative agency to devise tools to coincide with my go-to market sales strategy
The Bloom: 500 West 45th Street, 92 homes, 8 stories, built in 2020 located in Midtown West
La Botanica: 619 East 6th street, 5 homes, 5 stories, built in 2022, located in the East Village
435 West 19th Street: 21 homes, 8 stories, built in 2023 located in West Chelsea
139 East 23rd Street: 14 homes, 15 stories, built in 2019, located in Gramercy
199 Conover Street: 21 homes, 4 stories, built in 2022 located in Red Hook, Brooklyn
