After living in San Francisco for nearly 15 years, my husband and I decided we were ready to move to New York. I started the entire process remotely, looking in Brooklyn, Manhattan as well as with multiple brokers. I reached a point I thought the move was not going to happen as my needs were not being heard, and then I met Jill. Due to some health issues I had extremely specific needs, and was looking for a unicorn. At the point I met Jill, I was feeling impatient, but she gave me reason for hope. We did two Zoom showings, both of which actually fit my needs!
